IN FLORENCE'S HISTORIC CITY CENTRE

We have acquired two properties, S4 has 111 beds and opened September 2022. Il Santo, has 220 beds and opened May 2023. Together these residences provide 331 student beds in the centre of Florence.

Refurbished to high international standards, both benefit from extensive common areas, kitchen/dining rooms, study halls, cinema rooms and gyms. The buildings are let to local universities and students for the academic year, and to educational & university groups and visiting students during the summer months. A concierge service supports residents of both buildings.

IL SANTO

We acquired Il Santo (formerly a private clinic) in 2020. In the heart of Florence’s historic centre, overlooking Piazza dell’Indipendenza with a return on Via della Fortezza, it offers outstanding views of the Duomo (Florence’s famous cathedral). Access to the railway station, universities, retail and leisure facilities is exceptional. Il Santo delivers 220 beds with spacious communal areas to enhance the educational process.

Opened in May 2023 and fully booked during the academic semesters. Trades as Il Santo Stays for educational & university groups and visiting students during the summer season.

Also acquired in 2020, Salvagnoli 4 is a former office building, just to the north of Piazza dell’ Indipendenza, some 300m from Il Santo. S4 offers 111 beds of similar quality also with exceptional common areas and similar access proximities.
